  • As the related technology becomes mature, HJT solar cells can be manufactured by utilizing silicon wafers with a thickness of 90μm.

    By combining with busbar-free solar cells, the HJT modules can further achieve higher efficiency.

  • Compared to other solar cell technologies like TOPCon, Huasun HJT cell production requires only four low-temperature process steps, which could achive much higher productivity.
