This cutting-edge advancement has been seamlessly integrated into Huasun's mass production lines, including the Himalaya G12 series and Everest G12R rectangular series of large-format modules.
Leveraging innovative improvements in printing process, welding before lamination, fine ribbons, ultra-thin silicon wafers, encapsulation, and sealing technologies, Huasun has significantly elevated the electrical, optical, and temperature coefficient performance of HJT modules, enhancing the market competitiveness of its product lineup.
1. Achieving Cell Efficiency of 26%+
Huasun's G12R and G12 HJT solar cells have achieved significant advancements in efficiency through the integration of cutting-edge texturing process, HJT 3.0 double-sided μ-Si technology, 0BB technology, and the use of cost-effective target materials and silver-coated paste.
Specifically, the G12R achieves an average mass productionefficiency of 26.01% and a champion efficiency of 26.41%, whilethe G12 achieves 26.15% and 26.50% respcctively.
2. Boosting Energy Yield Across Entire Lifecycle by 5.2%
In a 5.9 MW commercial and industrial rooftop project, Huasun's 620 W HJT 0BB modules demonstrate higher initial power gainsand a lower annual degradation rate than 600 W TOPCon modules, resulting in a cumulative 5.2% increase in energy yieldover equivalent lifecycle, delivering greater value to end-customers.
3. Reducing BOS Cost Per Watt by 3.2%
In a 5.9MW C&l rooftop project, encompassing costs for brackets, pile foundations, cables, inverters, transformer substations, installation,and land, the BOS cost for Huasun's 62 0W HT 0BB modulesis approximately 6.9 US cents/W, reflecting a 3.2% reduction compared to 600 W TOPCon modules, thereby lowering LCOE andenhancing ROl.
