In 2024, Huasun has optimized its production processes to further reduce costs and enhance product efficiency, setting multiple new benchmarks in the HJT solar industry and offering competitive solutions for the global energy transition. Driven by its dedication to renewable energy development, Huasun has steadily improved its Himalaya G12-132 HJT module in this year, increasing its champion power from 750.544 W to 768.938 W and raising its efficiency from 24.16% to 24.75%.
Leveraging cutting-edge zero busbar (0BB) module technology and silver-coated copper paste with low-silver-content, Huasun G12R and G12 cells have reached unprecedented levels of efficiency yet minimized the cost. In a significant milestone, Huasun G12R and G12 HJT solar cells have achieved remarkable average efficiencies of 26.01% and 26.15%, with peak efficiencies hitting 26.41% and 26.50% respectively in mass production line.

Huasun's V-Ocean HJT modules are engineered for optimal performance and durability in offshore environments, featuring high-performance butyl adhesive, an IP68 junction box, integrated coating frames, and double-layer coated glass. The modules have successfully passed TÜV SÜD's 14,400-cycle shock test, 12x dynamic mechanical load (DML) cycling, and 6000Pa/3000Pa static mechanical load (SML) tests, confirming their high efficiency and long-term reliability.
Huasun's Kunlun series G12-132 HJT modules with steel-framed design and ultra-high bifaciality are specifically developed for vertical installation.
