Huasun 7.5GW HJT Industrial Chain Project Starts Construction In Xuancheng

On the morning of September 29th, the groudbreaking ceremony of 7.5GW high-efficient HJT wafer-cell-module industry chain project of Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd. was held in Xuancheng Economic and Development Zone. Kong Xiaohong, secretary of the Xuancheng Municipal CPC Committee, announced project starting construction. Mayor He Chunkuan delivered a speech. Deputy Mayor Dong Hongming presided over the ceremony. Yang Yefeng, director of Dali standing Committee of the Municipal people's Congress, and Wu Aiguo, chairman of Dali CPPCC attended the activity.

Xu Xiaohua, chairman of Huasun, introduced the overall situation and developing plan of the project. The newly built HJT full industry chain project, includes three parts: special wafer, cells and modules for HJT, and will produce 8.7GW HJT wafer, 7.5GW HJT cells and 5GW high-efficiency HJT module after completion. According to the plan, Huasun will build 20GW HJT capacity in Xuancheng by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan". During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Huasun's HJT capacity in  Xuancheng base will exceed 50GW.

“Huasun now owns two 'NO.1'--- the world's largerst HJT capacity, and the first company to synchronously integrate the R & D and industrialization technology of the entier industry chain in the HJT field, from wafer to cell to module. However, on the way of promoting the industrialization and marketization of HJT, we have only taken the first step, which will surely be a magnificent journey. "Xu Xiaohua said.

During the event, the "China HJT Capital Partner signing ceremony" was specially held. The industrial chain partnership program was launched by Huasun and Xuancheng Municipal Government, inviting supplier partners of equipment and raw materials to form in-deep technical cooperation and strategic alliance with Huasun, and faciliating the production expansion of various linkds in Xuancheng.

The principals of municipal units, the leadingship of economic and development zone management committee, representatives of project industry collaborators, the middle and senior management of Huasun participated in the event.
