Huasun Reliability Laboratory Receives Attestation of Qualification from TÜV SÜD

The Reliability Testing Laboratory of Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd (Huasun) has been recently accepted as the qualified laboratory by TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH, an authoritative third-party testing and certification institution, and this recognition further solidifies Huasun's commitment to excellence in heterojunction (HJT) solar product testing and reliability.

The qualification was awarded to Huasun's laboratory under the External Laboratory Program (ELP) as Testing at Manufactures Premises (TMP), after a rigorous assessment of its facilities and testing processes. The attestation from TÜV SÜD recognizes Huasun's excellence in maintaining an exceptional laboratory environment, efficient equipment operation, and meticulous maintenance practices. This acknowledgment highlights Huasun's ability to conduct product tests with utmost efficiency, resulting in shortened testing cycles for new products and projects while enhancing research and development effectiveness and product quality.

The awarding ceremony was graced by the presence of Huasun's CTO, Wenjing Wang, Director of Technology and R&D Center, Jihong Xiao, as well as Zhulin Zhang, President of the Institute for Reliability and Standardization and Operations Director of the Smart Energy Department at TÜV SÜD

With an extensive area of 2,000 square meters and a significant investment of approximately RMB15 million, Huasun's reliability testing laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment, including transient simulators, steady-state simulators, mechanical load testers, and various environmental test chambers. This advanced infrastructure enables independent testing for numerous reliability projects focusing on HJT solar products.

Committed to adhering to solar industry standards such as IEC61215 and IEC61730, Huasun's laboratory conducts daily testing work with precision and accuracy. These rigorous testing processes ensure that Huasun's HJT products exhibit outstanding reliability and exceptional power generation performance, as validated by their recognition as "Top Performer" by PVEL.

This achievement strengthens Huasun's position as a leader in heterojunction technical product research and development, personnel expertise, equipment configuration, and quality control systems. The accreditation from TÜV SÜD follows Huasun's previous recognition by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), further bolstering Huasun’s reputation as a trusted provider of reliable and high-quality HJT solar energy products and solutions.
