Huasun’s Everest series G12R product, as the industry's first rectangular wafer module in HJT sector, incorporates with 182*105mm rectangular wafers. The superior dimension design results in better efficiency performance.
Equipped with Huasun's advanced HJT 3.0 cell technology, the G12R module boasts an efficiency up to 23.7%, power output up to 640W, bificiality up to 95%, Temp. co-efficient of -0.24%/℃, first-year degradation ≤1%, 30-years linear degradation ≤9.7%. Integrated with perovskite tandem cell, offering a clearer pathway for efficiency enhancement of HJT cell.
Leveraging light conversion film encapsulation technology, the G12R product converts UV light with a wavelength below 380nm into blue light within the range of 400-550nm. This further enhances module's UV resistance, thereby improving conversion efficiency.
The butyl adhesive (PIB) penetration rate is less than 0.3 g/m²•d, while that of silicon rubber is between 30-50 g/m²•d, resulting in an over 100 times improvement in water vapor permeation resistance. PIB is applied to seal the edges of bifacial modules, effectively isolating moisture and enhancing the humidity and the heat resistance performance of HJT modules.
Taking the standard 40HC high container as an example, Huasun’s HJT-210R-132 module, compared to the industry-standard TOPCon-182-144 module, achieves a 9.6% enhancement in loading power. This results in a higher overall container loading power, maximizing the utilization of container space.
Compared to the TOPCon-182-144 module, Huasun’s HJT-210R-132 module achieves a 2.8% enhancement in output power per watt, 3c/W reduction in BOS, 2.6% decrease in LCOE, and 3.9% improvement in IRR.
