Huasun Kunlun Series HJT Modules Empowering Vertical PV Projects across Germany

2025/05/27

Germany is reshaping its energy landscape under the Renewable Energy Act (EEG), aiming for 80% renewables by 2030. Supporting this vision, Huasun's Kunlun Series HJT solar modules enable high-efficiency vertical PV with dual land useuniting clean energy and nature to unlock greater land value and sustainable potential.

01:  Fresh Breath from the Plains Fresh Breath from the Plains

1.9 MW Agri-PV Plant, NeiBeaue, Germany

Across the vast plains of eastern Germany, Huasun Kunlun Series HJT solar modules stand elegantly arranged, forming an 1.9 MW Agri-PV project. With industry-leading module bifaciality approaching 100%, the modules breathe new life into the land, allowing traditional agriculture and clean energy to thrive side by side in perfect harmony.

02:  Harmonious Rhythm in the Farm

3.3 MW Agri-PV Plant, Epfendorf, Germany

In the serene upper reaches of the Neckar Valley, vertically mounted Huasun Kunlun Series HJT solar modules enable over 95% land utilization. This seamless integration of agriculture and PV system delivers a perfect coexistence, optimizing both land efficiency and clean energy generation.

03: Reliable Guard in the Snow

1.9 MW Agri-PV Plant, Löffingen, Germany

In Baden-Württemberg's snowy landscape, Huasun Kunlun Series HJT solar modules stand firm against wind and ice. Designed to prevent snow buildup, they efficiently capture winter sunlight, delivering dependable green energy and brightening the season with sustainable power.

04:  Green Breeze across the Fields

5.3 MW Agri-PV Plant, Merzig-Wellingen, Germany

Across the wide fields of Merzig-Wellingen, Huasun Kunlun Series HJT solar modules power the energy transition with impressive impact — generating 6.02 million kWh, cutting coal use by 2,000 tons, and reducing carbon emissions by 5,000 tons each year. Compared to land used solely for solar or farming, wide-spacing vertical PV systems boost land-use efficiency by up to 123%*, maximizing both energy production and agricultural output.

05:  Zero-carbon Airport at 52°N

17.4 MW Vertical PV System, Frankfurt, Germany

At 52°N in Frankfurt, the world's largest vertically mounted airport PV project delivers 17.4 MW of clean energy while occupying less than 1% of land area.

Its dual-peak generation character captures both morning and evening sunlight, advancing the airport's path toward zero-carbon operations.
